out of the bands control. It is totally down to the promoter. The

KajaGooGoo reunion
Today we have some exciting news for you. After a staggering 25 years,
it looks like KajaGooGoo will reform with
all five original members, Limahl
(vocals), Nick (Bass), Stuart
(Keyboards), Steve (Guitar) & Jez
(Drums).
The first gig has already been confirmed, the band will appear
at Retrofest
2008 on 30 - 31 August 2008. There is also talk of more gigs
and of writing/recording new material. So watch this space for the
latest news.
Limahl thoughts on the reunion:
"... I am cautiously optimistic until the legal stuff is sorted
- but I do genuinely feel something in the air which is partly to
do with the intervention of the new manager Bradley Snelling who
has cut through all the old emotional baggage with an outside perspective
- his role is actually pivotal. So it looks like 2008 is going to
be a very interesting year - the phone/emails have been busy since
this 'reunion' avenue was opened. I'm excited about performing some
of the 'White Feathers' album again (the only album we made together).
With the passing of time I've come to learn and appreciate what
a great job Colin Thurston did on the production - which makes it
even more piognant after he sadly died of cancer in 2007 - god bless
you Colin wherever you are. ..." (courtesy of www.limahl.com)
A current interview of Limahl can be found on the website of the
'Daily
Record'.
