This Friday, on 30 September 2005, Polish fans can be looking forward to an appearance of Limahl on TV. He will appear in the programme 'Zalóz sie' ('Bet found' ) which will be broadcasted on the Polish TV channel TVP2. In the show, he will perform two of his songs and be interviewed by the presenters Anna Popek and Steffen Moeller. From today, there is a new section in the picturegallery on our page entitled 'Fanart'. You can admire all the works of art of the first Limahl-Fanclub-painting-competition for a start. We received some really good paintings and don't want to keep them back from you. We thank all the artists sincerely!

Every participant gets an autograph card personally signed by Limahl as a thank-you. Furthermore, a jury - consisting of Limahl, Betty and Katja - has awarded the best drawing with a free three-month fanclub membership. Our congratulation goes to: Carmen W.

After the visitor-award in July our work was once again rewarded with two further awards. The webmasters of the page AwardVerleih.de have evaluated our webpage regarding design, structure, search engine optimisation, conception and programming and awarded us the Silver TomY-Award. Furthermore, we have received the Interguide-Award in Silver. Following criterias were rated: clarity, contents/information content, downloading speed as well as operator convenience. We would like to thank each and every fan who contribute to this with his voting. In the period of June and July we got 1,234 votings (24,5% of all valid votings). This fantastic result makes us especially proud, of course and motivates us to continue to work on our page with lots of eagerness.

For a new section in our picturegallery called 'Fanart', we are instantly looking for your painted artwork of Limahl. Send us your most beautiful drawing (please not larger than DIN A4 sitze) by 31st August 2005 at the latest either by e-mail to fanart@limahl-official-fan-club.de and don't forget to put 'Fanart' in the subject heading or by mail to: Official German Limahl Fanclub, Reference: Fanart, P.O. Box 10 04 52, 45721 Haltern am See, Germany. Everybody can take part. The choice of the material is up to you. Either on paper, paper board or canvas you can let off your steam with a pencil, coloured crayon, watercolour or chalk. Among all the entries we ruffle 10 Limahl autograph cards with personal dedication. Furthermore a jury will choose the best painting. Don't forget you name, your complete address and your age. We and Limahl are already quite curious about your entries and wish everybody good luck!
