Last month, we announced a new live date in autum for Limahl. We have now all further details for you.

Since autumn last year, the Lipperlandhalle in Lemgo is undergoing a reconstruction. The aim is to increase the audience capacity. Work will be finished very soon and this event shall be duly celebrated with many stars. [more]

We have some cool news for all Limahl fans again. The management has confirmed a brand new date for Germany today. If you want to experience Limahl live and you haven't have enough of him respectively, then you have to come to Lemgo on 21st October 2005. There he will perform with his dancers in the Lipperlandhalle. The ticket price will be about € 35 and further guests to be expected are Lou Bega and Se-Side amongst others.

We would like to say thank you to all the fans who have kept faith with Limahl and us until now and are looking forward to the second year. We are dying to see which news Limahl will have ready for us then.

It's hardly to believe, but it's now exactly one year when the German Limahl fan club was founded. On this account, we would like to thank all the fans who complimented, criticised or supported us in the previous year. We hope that we can continue giving you the one or other surprise with or about Limahl in the future.

On Saturday, 2nd April 2005, the first series of the show 'Hit me baby one more time', which was broadcast live on ITV1, took place. Five artists of the 70s, 80s and 90s competed against each other on stage and fought for the first of seven much sought after tickets for the big final on 21st May 2005.

Here is the listing of the artists and which song they sang at best:

1. Gloria Gayner: 'I will survive' and 'Beautiful' by Christina Aguilera
2. Howard Jones: 'What is love' and 'White flag' by Dido
3. The Honeyz: 'Finally Found' and 'How you remind me' by Nickelback
4. Limahl: 'Too shy' and 'This love' by Maroon 5
5. Tiffany: 'I think we're alone now' and ‘Love machine’ by Girls Aloud

The German fan club and some other dedicated fans were also at the show to support Limahl actively. In the end, it was Tiffany who won. However, Limahl was more than satisfied with his performance in spite of everything and felt like a winner. There is nothing we could contrast! ;--))

April fool... ;-))

Well, who has noticed our little joke of yesterday??? The news that Limahl is going to be the 'guest of honour' at the wedding of Camilla and Charles was, of course, only made up by us. If we succed in making an April fool of you than we are pleased, of course;-))) As from now on, however, you can be sure that we only announce regular news of Limahl.

The wave of good news from England has no end: Again there is spanking new gossip: Limahl is going to be the 'guest of honour' at Camillas and Charles wedding at 8th April 2005. Charles has kept his close friendship with 80's pop superstar in the closet for years, until now!

The fan club wants to wish all three lots of fun on this special day!
